in my country our time is like this :
01:00 (daylight) = 13:00 (indonesia time)
07:00(night) = 19:00 (indonesia time)
00:00(midnight) = 24:00 (indonesia time)

no matter where you live, every country has 24hour days. daylight/midnight/night makes no difference. you should be connecting time zones, which is not hard to figure out. (google it)
Gentlemen some times syncing up with an opponent can be difficult when we work different shifts and live in different time zones. it is expected that you try your best to meet up and if you can't we can null the match without strikes. you gents are communicating well.
both of you are active enough there isn't a dodge happening, it's just timing issue, we've all been there.
