You shouldnt have duelled Off3nc3 right after you won Syr0x on sin, but since Off3nc3 didn't point it out, I'll accept this result.
You can make a call-out right after a duel but you cant duel before 3 hours have passed since the last duel (unless you defended and won).

Nah it allows only the most active contestants to play against each other, but I see you show a ton of respect towards it lol
And then it would just make the gap bigger since the inactive ones become even more inactive and i start to kick ppl out etc.
