The rule is very OP for bmana users. If you used 20/17s and weren't able to pump vita to 2.7k, it'd be a lot more fair.

I personally didn't agree with using any stacked cold res when I was on the ladder (hence why I didn't) since blizzers have a huge disadvantage as is. It's a lot easier to land 5-6 fireballs than it is to land 1 blizz, so I was OK with dying in 2-3 blizzes.
