obviously i would if i could. i got lots of shit just rotting now in d2.

its a odd issue though. i installed the patch technically. but after its installed. it just keeps saying " insert cd ". ive done the self installer. ive done the self patch. everything. it just wont work. they claim these issues will be fixed in the next patch to be released soon.

download daemon tools, free d/l.

mount the cd onto a daemon drive. lmk if you need help,sux you're having these issues

ya i know daemon tools. used it like 15 years ago. people still use it? can i mount the image of my own cd with it? all though i have a hunch it simply wont work due to increased graphics.

You know... I had this same issue with my 2nd computer. Still haven't gotten it to work completely. best of luck though.
