this means Challenger has to come up with a time/date that works for them, then challenged can adjust time/date "Im at work at that time but this xx/xx works" or even talking about work schedules to find a time to meet up.

with this new rule just Pming "Im in game ,if u got time" wont count as a Challenge, best way to do this is "Ill be around till 7pm east today if you got time, lmk what works for you" is the proper Pm
