Indeed good question Jatt has.

Imho having 2 babas on the ladder should not give you the ability to jump 3 spots though.

Challenging (Read this before you issue any challenge):

1) You are allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you.
2) The challenger must PM opponent about the challenge. No Personal Message = No Challenge
3) Challenge will be first to 7.
4) The winner of the challenge is allowed to challenge immediately after winning.
5) If you lose a Challenge you must wait 12 Hours before posting another challenge and 24 Hours to re-challenge the same person
6) 3-Day Dodge Rule (Afk, no-reply, no-show = auto-loss) 2 consecutive "dodges" = removed from Ladder. Post in this thread if you need an extension (of 48 hours max). All dodges will be marked with a "*" this for admins to keep track of dodges (will be removed after completing a duel)
7) It is your responsibility to keep the admins up to date on the status of your duel by posting here (Win/Lose/Null/Dodge/Request Extension).
8) If you are experiencing trouble meeting up with a challenge, please pm an admin and inform them (if we don't know that you have worked something out with...Arthos to duel in 4 days, we are going to invoke dodge/null rules).
9) In the case that you own more than 1 barb on the ladder (max of 2), You are unable to challenge yourself, You are still allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you. (example: your barb is #10 and #9 u can still challenge #8 with #10)]
10) In the case that you own more than 1 barb on the ladder (max of 2), Both barbs can be challenged and you must do both challenges. This also means that both barbs can issue challenges.
11) Crown titles will not be awarded to dodges (a duel/defend must be completed to claim a crown).
12) Any changes to Barb, such as name change or swapping to another barb will be put at the bottom of list.

u could always chall him even in vacation mode

agree, the thing im not sure is the vacation mode, i dont think we used to have that.
is there time limit on how long a barb can be on vacation mode?

oic, i thought you cannot challenge someone in vacation mode, if you can, whats the purpose of vacation mode...

The potential for vacationers to get bumped down by default is fair... just opinion.

basically if on vacation you dont count on ladder, so skipping 3 spots if 1 of them is vacation is actually 2 spots.... RIGHT!
