Jesus, people.

They whole reason Rugzy wants to see my gears is so he can adjust his build appropriately to counter it.  This doesn't make sense in any kind of tourney or ladder.

He CLAIMS that the reason he wants to inspect me is because he suspects me of using bm gears.  A ref will determine if one user is cheating.

I'm not only requesting a ref for gear inspection, I'm requesting a ref so there is a witness to the duels.  There is quite a bad history between Rugzy and myself, and to be completely honest, I want somebody there so Rugzy can't bullshit about the outcome.

I'VE SAT IN TWO DIFFERENT GAMES  WAITING FOR RUGZY  You guys are talking like I'm refusing to duel him or something?  I have created a game twice now and had witnesses/refs in the game and Rugzy has refused to join both times.

Duv: you talking about that zeal tourney is a completely different story.  I was the second ref in that match, not to see Rolex's gears, but to help the duels go faster and observe.  Even if I were there to "inspect his gears" it would make no difference because I was not the one duelling him at that time. BvB duels are different than zeal with all the build possibilities and all that.  Your talks of my unperm zbug making a difference and that's why I won't show Rugzy my gears?  Are you serious?  I'm not showing him my whole settup and my charms because I want him to wonder what I'm using and because he thinks he can demand to see it all and not duel me if I request a ref.

Think about it:  He wants to see my gears because he thinks I cheat, right?  A neutral ref assuring him that I'm not cheating solves that problem doesn't it?  YES.  End of the fucking story.  Why are you people having such issues with this, and why are you all getting pissed at each other and making a big deal of it?  If anybody should be pissed it's me.  Rugzy is making it quite difficult to enjoy being in the ladder and he's delaying my duels and creating drama.  He wants to make sure that I don't cheat (which I've NEVER been accused of) then a ref can make sure.

Sorry for novel, sorry for drama. We should all have a beer and/or bonghit, wait for the fucking duel to happen, then shut the fuck up about it.

Well, As he Request to see your gear, He can show you his set up at the same time, and have a ref to wit. matches/outcome, you can simply check his gear, and have ref watch that neither go back to stash? Tho gear switching is not against the rules, you can have a side agreement (with ref witness.) to NOT switch gear(Go to stash) during the ft 7. Match-Up

That's pretty neutral no? And there have been plenty of people volunteering to ref, and I to would do it.

I would call for a ref that isn't within each others' guild, including myself to prevent anyone not in game to call foul play or favoritism.

Alright, I been thinking about a solution to this on-going situation. It's basically an Ultimatum. To be fair to both parties in the Dirtbaal vs JSong P.D, Rugzy can request me to inspect all of Dirtball's gear and vice versa. If my word and reputation to be fair/honest isn't good enough for the both of them then I will drop both participants from this Ladder. It is fair to the both of them this way and there should be no complaints. It is not fair to all the rest of the competitors to have to go through this drama while trying to enjoy the Ladder, not to mention Mikes effort to get this event stickied. Let's get this P.D in the books, Thx.

Thanks, bro. This is what I've been saying the whole time. A neutral ref is the fairest option to all parties.

Pm'd you the game btw.
