Brian voiding a challenge for #1, when both users are active, i don't personally like the idea. Yes it's taking time, but there is no need to void this. Kelly is online anyways i talk to her every day or so! this will be done. You two have different schedules, hopefully this weekend it will happen.

no, same thing happened with vortex619 and bbond-girl. Post 2282, Drew retracted after 10 days from a challenge since he was ubering. I didn't see you talking about rules applying to everyone that time.
If there is communication, and once the user has replied and is willing to duel, dodge rule doesn't apply, unless the challenger pulls it out.
As for forfeit, i won't forfeit this before i give bbond a chance to duel/reply to my pm. I'm sure you would appreciate the same treatment, it's called being fair.

Consequently, your challenge is null at the moment, please wait for the pending issue/duel to be solved.
If u think this is unfair, please send me a pm, but you don't need to repost the same message twice, trust me i've read it the first time!
