I am really sorry for causing drama, but player 'Elendil' @ jsp is a BM person who does not respect any rules and I have him squelched.

In order to duel him, I asked for a referee; whom was Satan999 (Bv-B).

When the duel begin, Elendil used leap attacks + WW, what is not allowed by the rules. I asked the referee if breaking the rules gives me 1-0 or if 'Elendil' is completely disqualified from the tour.
He said that since no damage taken, it is 0-0.

I won the duel 5;0, but then I have noticed that player who was told to me is 'Elendil' was using another char, not "Athenian' as in description of the tour, but rather a character called "DEIMOS".
I am not sure if this is real Elendil or not, but I assume it is - since referee told me that.

Anyway, he also broke second rule - he brought another barb than the one he was supposed to have - the charnames are there in torney description for a reason, so that other cannot impersonate.

That's why I consider Elendil BM and warn you when you need to duel him. His 'problem' with me stated when I told him not to drink during another duel in a public game, from now on he insults me every time he sees me, or is BM in CS towards me (e.g. stealing ES, casting bone walls, making TP between monsters so that my chars die etc.).
Since I am above that, I only describe here what he does - so you all can see and make your own judgement.

Why do I post it here? Nothing good will come out of this really, just drama, hopefully no flames - but consider it just a warning; maybe he will be cheating when dueling vs you too.

Here you all will see stats of my barbarian and as I no need to mention that I just join for fun.
And with those stats you will see I did manage to kill.
And yet this guy is accusing me for breaking the rules of the tournament.
Before duel started I used wrong hotkey and leaped once and he said I broke rules of the tournament. My skill didint even effect him.
Then he said I broke another rule of tournament by using different name of char which I mentioned in the first page. Athenian is my account name which I thought we were writing acc names that I missed the detail. But everyone knows me from previous duels that its my Account name and I always use DEIMOS.
I can not contact him because he blocked me on jsp and also Squelched me in game and we had problems to communicate.

Everyone who dueled vs me in this tournament and in the previous ones are aware that I am always good mannered , fair and gentle. I hope as a small community we do not see same kind of harrasment and bad mannered players.

Elendil leaped few times (referee wrote that at least 2) and used WW, what is a known technique to cause desync.

Even here, he flames mem because my barb died to his 500str barb when the game lagged and my char lost 80% of life to his first WW. Did I complain about it? Nope. Did I write anything about it? Nope.
But for him, a screenshot that my barb died to his barb proves something. Im not really sure what does it prove apart from the fact that he is BM.

I guess he brought that other barb SPECIALLY to cause drama and he thought this barb could win, by abusing descync, but I reported that - so now all he can do is be BM and post such screenshots as above - that only show what kind of a person he is.

Right..

U asked me to be the Ref as u had blocked him on jsp and sq'd him on d2. i agreed, u both came out in blood moor, yes u both had said go and i said Go he made 2 leap attacks not close to u making no effect..
u mentioned he was using leap i came out and i said STOP LEAP! he did straight away, u then said it was fine u continued your duels u won 5-0 without any complaints... then after u won u was not satisfied with the result so now you complain..

I Ask this to you Dropship.

IF you was not happy in the first place u would of made a complaint before finishing the duels...
It's your own problem u had him blocked and SQ'D how can he respond without me, i am sure he would not of used the leap twice if u had of said something and he could speak to u...

There is no problem for me with you being referee. As I wrote before; your tourney, your rules. Id recommend you not to change them on the go.
Anyway, the result is posted - nothing more to add from my point of view. If you think he didnt break the rules - that's your decision.

My recommendation is to ignore this and carry on.

As I mentioned at my first statement. I havent broke any rules. If you want to communicate with the people stop ignoring them. ( Blocking , Squelching)
It is obvious you are just making problem because you hate me. We are expecting you to be professional not a kid.
Grow up and have respect to people for a guy who started joining to tournaments recently

As the ref said , I just leaped once because it was wrong hotkey and duel didint even start because you were asking ref If I said g or not ( because you squelched me ).
Better learn how to behave against people then join to tournaments.

I wont keep it long I hope this 1.13 newcomer will learn how to act.

I accidently wrote my Account name Instead of Char name.
Athenian -> Account of the char DEIMOS I got in.
I hope he dropship has enough brain to first squelch me in game and see the notification that shows my account name ( where he will see Athenian is the name of account ) and then learn make statement.
But I will forgive him since he is new in tournaments and he will also learn that DEIMOS is the name of my barb.

Also I apologize to you Breee for taking your time for a stupid matter of discussion since "he" can not think to make an apology.

Amen to that.
