No, that only pertains to the very first round in the top bracket.

unfortunatly I'm going through some internet changes. When is the 2nd Round dead lines. for i wil be down around 3-4 days
The changes are for the good though.

Round one deadlines are in 3 days so you may only miss a day of round two.
