If its not atrue friend or someone that you100% know for sure wont welch i suggest following the guid lines.
Im not suggesting that you not have friends state it either, its a trust factor you have in place when you are wager dueling.


I can see this happening dan ... because i know their jsp's as well.
This needs to be disputed with a med though, in which this falls into their hands since you dont have all the valid proof.
