yah 400 is overkill imo.

literally.. no exaggeration, a 400/20 setup can tank 10x blizz, and 20 ib.

thats way to much, when it takes 7fbs tops to kill me, and i gatta hit em 10 times with blizz, (wich is hard to hit with, not that im complaining.)

350/20 is better imo. still takes a bit to kill em, but its not virtually impossible.

no you dont tank THAT much, but you still do.

and thats another thing, you shouldnt be able to make blizz so in effective when its hard to get hit buy it.. you have to stay under it for a couple seconds (again, not that im complaining, i knew all this before i choose a blizz) and im not sayin blizz should be a 1hit ko also, but 10 blizz.. come on now.

but 400/20 sorcs just tank to damn much. i dueled suse with 340 and 310 cr, and 350 seems pretty fair. 300 ofc is way to low.

my point is its virtually impossible to beat a 400/20 unless.. they suck hard core dick or we have 15 min duels were the blizzer just trys to off screen blizz and play massivly defensive.. and nobody likes that..

you cant be offensive at all when dueling a 400/20. you just cant.

yah my cold setup is like 370/20 or sometin, and i dont tank no were near to what a 400/20 does.

so yah 350-375 seems ideal.

We all agreed to this. the resist does make a huge difference and the amount that we are allowed is nowhere near the maximum possible.

Your attacks Linger and get invis, and tbh any good blizzer should wreck a fber. I can't help it if kids put 20 / 15's in there gear instead of 5/5's

REDO your setup. don't make us suffer.

find a way to get more dmg / peirce. its part of the game.

QQ about the rules.

I'm about to make a blizzer and show you how a good one is made.

We went threw hours of testing and dropped it from 450. 400 was the best, if I drop it anymore blizzers will rape the ladder.
Also, I have 523 cr in my cold set up (Obviously no raven), and I tank 13 ibs. With 396 res and a raven, I tank 11, not 20.

fire balls shoot invis a lot more often. dont even go that route. not to mention you can hit someone with a non name locked fire ball from 2.5 screens away.

and how are you suffering? imo blizz suffers because it takes so much to fuckin kill someone.

your afraid if they lower it you wont be able to stick with a blizzer imo.

please make this blizzer.. i hope your not trying to sound big.

idk if you have used a blizzer vs a 400/20.. but 400 is overkill.
375 is pretty fair. 350 might give blizzers to much of an advantage, but 400 gives fire/light to much.
