removing this 3) You are allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you until you get to #3 then you must duel everybody; one at a time.

although this only realy effects the top 5 i think it will open up more duels so im all for it. If your on ugml you should be on it to have fun and duel not stall to hold your spot as long as possable etc. I know thats not the case with cuent top spots just saying I never liked a rule that limited who you can challnge or that clogs up the ladder
imo open it up let #3 vs #1 #4 vs #2 = more duels more fun

We've been through that rule a long time ago and it turned into a rage-fest. I like it as it is personally.
