just realized that , kinda doesnt make sence he can lose to 3rd and then challenge 2nd ?

yes, as long as he doesn't challenge the person he lost too, he has to wait 24 hrs to challenge that person. Bazzy was the one who challenged him and at that time Bazzy was lower in ranks.
