How about granting extensions ONLY if both users post stating an agreed upon time frame that they are going to get it done.

I agree that simply extending to see if you will be able to get in touch with the person the next day (after not being able to do so for 3 days), will most likely just delay one more day until it is canceled, and clogs up the ladder.

72hrs from time of challenge could work im for anything that lets the ladder flow better

Why are elemental charms and damages on weapons banned when torch does 2.4k damage per cast? Seriously -Bstar is banned? That's very LOL IMHO.
