They restart every week,
But the highest position in a tier moves to the lowest spot of the tier above, and the lowest position moves to the highest spot of the tier below.
Only the latter applies here, but someone has to move down is what I'm getting at.
If we tie @ 1-2, I will move myself down to avoid any bias issues.
If you both beat him, you will both be tied @ 3-1, in which case you will take #1 because you won the matchup between you two.
