Because it is widely believed that it's useful when in reality it is only useful if you proc it on the first hit and still have 5k+ life.

If 99% of the population thought 2+2=5
it wouldn't make it true.

foc = the same thang as fort but it has +15 res and 8% dmg red ..........

there is no cb from foc ..

e/ basically if i throw on fort ill have same dmg as i do now , just no 8% dmg red .....

use a fort = low life, low dr = no match.

8% dmg red = huge factor in foc

thats same thang on ur nigma , its basically using a fort + 8 % dmg red , foc isnt making my smite stronger than using a fort ..

i truthfully dont even know Y scott is consistently posting in here , he is out of the turney .

Foc has 8% dr

if you use fort you are making a big sacrifice in some other aspect of your char to get that dr back.

All you did was make a comparison that having an extra 20cb is like putting ur skills into fant instead of conc aura, hardly an argument.
Pm dac for the his excel sheets if you wanna see how useless cb is.
Me and him tested it before trying to find the optimum amount of cb.
