Meh..I rather just leave it as is atm. Few times we tried to enforced stuff and it turn out bad and made people quit and so on. We tried ENFORCE token but that backfire we tried a lot of things but most backfire ofc. I'll pm other admins about this then i'll do something about it.

As for torches I recomend any that have the ability to get the new 5% cast get it.  Im personaly iso a 20 stat pally.

we debated this for PN tournys last year and were looking at setting a time frame for everyone to switch over but never followed threw on it. 

The concerns were people being able to afford them etc etc.  I think all agreed it was a good idea to goto with 5% but were not sure how to switch over without being a strain on people with a budget.

besides being evil to druids it makes games to drop in ffa's etc etc  so my recomendation would be everyone who can get them get them  and look at posibly setting a reasonable time frame for people to switch over to new torches. and finding a way to make some avalible to those that cant afford them.
