European Vs North American challenges will adhere to this format :
2 FT5 matches played 1 set on each region - if the result is a tie - ft1 tiebreaker with coin flip for realm
Dodge rule will also be changed to 7 days for EU vs NA challenges.
All ladder matches must be played in a 16:9 aspect ratio aka no ultrawide!

Good morning!
Did some leveling this morning, feeling thicker at 86, that’s for sure.

A few questions:
- should I put 1 pt into penetrate?
- are we allowed to use 1x psn sc?
- is nos allowed or no because of the slow target?
- how do you get to 95 ias with a fort and a gmb?

- Personally I put 1 point into penetrate this, but its not really necessary
- Psn is not allowed
- Nos is not allowd
- The only way to get 95%ias with forty and gmb is with Goldwrap belt. But that makes no sense, because then you have got zero %dmg reduce. When playing Forti with Gmb - combi is Gaze (with 15ias/40ed) and Dungo -> 8fpa/35% dmgred
