IMO respec to change build / turn yourself into es/vita=not allowed unless both parties agree on it
respec to get new skills=allowed but you must tell your opponent

If anyone sees pitfalls upon this let me know

imo any sort of respec that changes sorc type ie. fire,light,cold or vita/es should restart ladder

I completely agree, although that's not what i meant by changing build.

i doubt anyone would change types, due to gear that sorcs wear

ok. this is the official rules as of now, they can changfe in the future. so they might not be set in stone
Respec for adding skills/changing skills=Fine. Tell your opponenet/JSP if you are keeping it
Respec to change your build(aka fire into lite, es into vita etc etc) must have you restart JSP ladder at teh bottom. If you are in a challenge when yuou respec (aka your in game and you respec to face your opponent) then its automatic DQ

No exceptions. Starting now.
