IMO.. between evenly matched opponents its harder to win 1 set by 2 duels than it is to win 2 sets by 1 duel which is why overall Ladder s 1 set win by 2
then when you get above #5 where everybody is pretty evenly matched its 2/3 sets to even furthur nulify the luck factor.... just my 2 cents worth
