1. Barbarian codex allways allowed mana potions on agreement. If you cant agree on duel = Dont Duel.
This is the very basic thing for everyone who is Adult.
And this made yours (Akqj10) problem.
His opponent told him that mana is banned - False.
Everyone uses codex in theyre profiles but i see You didnt even read it.
Everyone go to read the first page Arena rules and Duels rules so you can duel after that. GO READ EM!
2. If parker84 said to Akqj10 that mana potions are not allowed in rules =its WRONG!
You cant force anyone to make duel only by your conditions <-
If Akqj10 felt forced to make duel without potions because Parker told him that are banned = WRONG.
Rules are not saying mana potions are banned.
3. If both players dont agree on duel ruels, They simply dont make duel. Its easy. If you dont want to duel dont do it. If you dont want to duel with players dont duel.
If something like mana potion is PROBLEM for you than dont duel..
You are here to simply duel and have fun.
And so, Akqj10 choosed to leave Boe duels.
So everything is fine now and score table updated without Akqj10 boe. If this is OK for you.
But this dosent change any fact that he can use mana potions in art of war anytime both players agree on it.

ON AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DONT AGREE ON DUEL RULES NOONE FORCE YOU TO DUEL.
ALLWAYS AGREE ON THINGS BEFORE THE DUEL AND START DUEL AFTER.
