Just check page one in the rules and info it should say. either way you can only challenge someone that is within 3 ranks of u so as of right now u can challenge maybe and holter.

You may only challenge 2 ranks higher.
Which means you can pick either challenge #20 or 19.
Post here the person you want to challenge and pm that user.

You can only challenge one person at a time.
And then, only if the people one or two positions above you are not currently in a pending duel.

Check the most recent update for the current pending duels.
You can climb the ladder as fast as you'd like provided there are no pending duels to keep you waiting.

neo u can challenge someone if they arent on, but they cant have a pending duel. unfortunately the 2 people ahead of you have a pending duel. just pm them and try to set up a time where ur both on when their duel is completed. also post something like gds simoncityroyal and the score after, or at least that you won so we know whats going on.

I just woke up its taking me a while to edit this thing hopefully its all up to date now.
