I'm saying that 3days was better imo! Because sometime you defend your spot and you hope to challenge 1 or 2 spot higher than your spot but they're in a challenge so you waiting longer and then you get rechallenged again.
basically sometime it's hard to grow in the ladder bcs you're always in a challenge defending your spot because of the 12h rule (i know i know more active ladder = better... )
