Calling dodge on him. As seen in the pm's he did not reply until half way threw the second day, and then when he did we made plans to duel that evening.
However, that evening we were both online, and he refused to join the I made to duel in... Where I ask him to please "reply at least", I literally sent him three other pm's for which he refreshed jsp, and did not reply. He stayed jsp for the next 3 hours just browsing and posting as well.

The ss is of the last message I sent to him that he hasn't replied to at all in the last day, (Note the time on when the messages were sent in the other ss) thus I don't see why I would give him another chance to duel since he has intentionally not dueling me. Which of course, is a dodge.

I'll give you his spot, but I won't penalize him with a dodge count, unless you have extensive proof that he had every intention to dodge. I don't think dodge counts should be handed out like chinese menus; cases where players accused of dodging should be thoroughly investigated. E2z claimed to be in svs/gm for 25-30 minutes. If that's true, then he shouldn't get a dodge count. But on the other hand, if you have screenshots of svs/gm with the correct time stamps, then I might issue a dodge count.
