Heres my question, when in hell, obv u lose 100 res from the - res penalty
So does this 450 include the penalty, or not?

Do, i stand @ 550 overall Cr, or @ 350 over all Cr?

You can only have 450 cr from gear. Don't count Anya and hell res penalties. 550 cr is bm

as far as i know the 450/399 includes the penalty.

so your resists are bm atm. at least to my understanding. i have 398 and 448 total on both my setups.

It would tell you in the rules if that was how it worked.

450 total max means count the resist on you're gear and your bm if u exceed.

I was asking if there could be an exception for cold sorcs to be allowed to use spurs. That would allow them to stay up in the tank battle given their disadvantages vs. fire.

to be honest cold sorcs are just as viable as fire/light. theyre just harder to master in svs. if you want to make it a more even fight i suggest 10% max resist and at least 200 stack fire or light. as long as your life is even with the other sorc you can tank the same as them.

cold resist being 399/450 doesnt put cold at a disadvantage it actually evens the playing field.

No. Stack doesn't make a difference unless your opponent has -resist. I imagine every sorc uses 10 max resist (except sorcs it's bm for and sorc vs cold).
