On this ladder if you arent 200 fcr fb or lite, im not sure if there is a reason to join lol.

Doom shouldnt be allowed, holy freeze is very critical.

but there is no point in making a 200 fcr blizz, what would the dmgs be using hoto/circ on blizz?
105/142? still once the fhr proc begins the cold sorc is overwhelmed without the extra cast frame

maybe my sorc was just too weak, my vita blizz was from Eric's ESCL 105/117 svs ladder. Towards the end of the season some people had end game builds and it was literally just cat and mouse,
the vita blizz was tanked well into submission.

At any rate, im on Vincenzo's side. i have 150-350 ping idle on the bridge in town, and i am still trying to figure out why.

spamming blank teles watching chars fly by and then nling you into oblivion is really frustrating

I tried the 200fcr blizz build, it just doesn't work at all.

you guys could try BattlePing

it's a proxy tunnel service that I used to play Tibia and it made my ping go from deep red (over 600) to green which is under 90, it supports a long list of games and Diablo II & III are in that list.

and the price is reasonable.

ive have noticed it but nothing like what youre experiancing..

in regards to your comment, i agree if youre a cold sorc, but any 105 light or fire is more then able to take on one of the 200fcr sorcs. vs certain people i cant be as aggressive but in the end chipping away is what gets the win, then its what gets the win.

with the ping i must have some of packet loss occuring somewhere . i ran a few pathping tests
CMD.exe> "Pathping useast.battle.net"

"tracert useast.battle.net"

both are very weird, varying results. idk why. past month or 2 my ping has been outrageous



i think personally it is part of the conspiracy to make such an eye sore out of blizzards legacy games, that they will have to turn their had back towards the beast which they created.

i have battleping downloaded now for a minute, Florida 2 shows a latency of between 30-40 ping on the BP client, but in game my ping doesnt change much. or at all.



well FB and Lite have different constituencies than cold, as far as range/stackattack etc.
and then with ice bolt actually traveling slower than these skills, the two classes like eric said earlier are engineered to win, specifically fb

still want to see more of SCboi and his 16 ping
