Like imaKTULU said it is possible to win vs 200fcr sorc or light sorc but it's really harder on a cold sorc. Even if the ladder and the rules are old ... there's should be some place for some changes.
it always been fire sorc at top with 200fcr or 105fcr with 4.5k+ mana. A good cold sorc can hit #1 with some luck but in the end I doubt he'll be able to defend his spot more than 2 times.
399/raven should be reach with no pieces of stack (nothing over 100res)on a 105fcr sorc.
same with a 200fcr if it's possible but I doubt unless she's using wizzspike...
w/e I'm pretty sure rules will stay still but it's always good to bring our opinions to make this ladder better.

If doom was aloud, cold sorcs would be broken as hell and make for even lazier fights of pure tele. If it was avoidable, that would be different, but the fact that holy freeze bypasses cham/raven cbf is why it's banned.
I wouldnt say gives a unfair advantage, as a cold sorc, with 105fcr vs a 200fcr fire sorc, imo, this would even things up...
I've been using mine vs other sorcs, and imo, it makes things more even, its not like im getting 5-0 every time, i actually do win some, Lol

Being frozen also affects your FHR
that is why the Doom Aura is so cheap, because you can't counter it with CBF and thus it is an unfair advantage.

also, using a doom, effects ur build, and ur dmg/life output, its not like u can stack mad life/dmg when using one, cuz u still need to compensate for ur fcr/fhr
Idk, imo, i think we should allow it for a test period, as for other options, and changes to the rules, it is infact 2014, and fire has been on top for to long, imo, the rules are geard to favor fire sorcs...
But as you all said, doom is bm, and the aura/blah/blah
We have tried to make changes b4, and nuthing stuck, but imo, the rules as of now, have a few flaws them self, jus my opinion
Idc either way, its w/e, i jus play for fun
And tbh, thought was pretty neat, doomz, on sorc, arua and all, w/e, guess ill jus use it for pubs, Lol
