Jewel in shield depending on helm how much strength it requires.
From my experience ED jewels works the best with AR,Defense, Dex/Str, extra strength adds damage.

Toothrow build requires a bit of dancing and dodging with well-timed strikes, also allowing time for your opponent to bleed.

Zbug Fort builds will use an aggressive attack, staying on top of your opponent, landing in big hits.

75% Max block and 50% damage reduced are a must. Angelic rings/amulet, and grief are also must haves for any builds.

32020 small charms are the go of choice, charm swaps of choice 45 mastery gcs, 36/20, 30/20, you want the highest damage possible with a balanced AR and Defense.

Masteries add extra Crit, Damage, Defense and AR, its your choice how many masteries you want to use, most bvbers do use masteries.

You want to have at least 24k AR and up, if you want more Defense add 30/20 scs or masteries.

Cold damage small charm is optional, I recommend 3/20/5-9.

You want your barb to be at least 97, best is 99 level.

Skills max Battle Shout, Battle Orders, Axe Mastery, Iron Skin, Whirlwind, remaining points go into Nature resist.
