there was a lady in Toronto that was caught pretending to be homeless, on younge street panhandling for change. apparently she made 20 thousand a year doing so.


when it was discovered she had a job in the evening and a house and car she owned. the city charged her with fraud and she was fined 50 thousand and most likely house arrested.
