Here is the the shake down:
1) Busta _nutsz is to be removed from the tournament immediately(Zero Tolerance), Forfeiting his position which will be factored into a null spot leaving a 3 way duel for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (as to later be determined).
2) Due to the lack of evidence/proof throughout the tournament the busta_nuta lineage will not be re-dueled. Each and every person has the right to request gear checks and screen shot accordingly during each and every duel. Since these measures were not taken, no undeniable proof can be determined. The current duels will continue to exist as they stand.
3) Unperm items: unperm items have and always will be allowed on this ladder. This is the reason 1/4 of the barbs here are able to compete. By unperm items we mean (3/20/20's , 40/400/15/3 Grief X's, 40/15/13/120 Dungoes, 213 gores, Rends, unperm Visionaries, etc) IF and only if you read the rules...Hybrid items, and Eth items that are not self rep or zod bugged are specifically prohibited (eth Grief x's, eth forts, any hybrid rw, etc).
4) Rules: Rules exist for a reason and are updated for the obvious reasons of late...As will be updated again in the near future. EVERY new barb that joins the ladder received (or will receive for those 2 whom just joined over thanksgiving) a PM from me asking if they have read and understand ALL of the BVB rules.

On that note:
Braum, You sir are on VERY thin ice. From my view, your posts are rude, snive, and you greatly underestimate the individuals on this ladder, not to mention your personal remarks to besh and your general behavior or late. Stop being a drama queen. This tournament nor the BVB ladder revolve around you (nor any 1 individual for that matter). Your position on the ladder resembles very little in this tournament. Do not get a big head because u briefly sat on the throne (if you would like to play that game im sure ~50% of the current ladder can speak from experience that they were once there). It is not ALL About being on top, the sooner you figure this out the better off the ladder will be. BTW; nice build...Besh and many others coined that one early on...ain't nothing special.
