Obtained permission to update this ladder from Hepzibah, due to excessively inactive ladder admins. I hope more frequent updates and stricter enforcement of the dodge/inactivity rule will compel some people to come back and make this place more active/competitive!

Regarding AgentApe's duel, it was an administrative error, oldbrn was supposed to be removed from ladder before that, so this should be correct and he is free to challenge up now.
