kinda loling.
but that nl i cant tell if scboi would be in the bottom corner of ced's screen. if not there pretty much no way he coulda got the nl unless he had lag while he teled and somehow got the nl midst the lag.

guessing he was in the corner and got a nice or lucky name lock. never had moding issues with ced and based only on that nl and fhr from the video, i wouldnt say he mods :X

I think the lock was possible mid tele.
I've done it but then again I lag a lot.

As for the fhr, if Scboi didn't have 86 fhr then it was legit but I'm sure he does

imo he should be able to joi nback up again if he wants to.

not enough evidence + i just dueled him and he has nice nls so i can see him getting that nl if he was in corner.
