correct me if im wrong but last i remember when you come back from vacation you automatically go into a challenge with the spot # u went on vacation with? or wait till they finish their challenge if they are in 1 and then so.

Because Boored was already in a challenge, when Gemmd came back from vacation. So I just put him below Boored, but I guess someone coming back from vacation must duel the spot he left from.
