Wasn't challenging down. You literally quoted him in the same post telling him to wait when he asked about challenging me since the 2 ahead of him were pending. Was simply saying I'd duel him if it was allowed.

Whoops, I was looking at my already updated post when doing the replies. Figured it was a situation like before when dazer queued himself up for a duel against a spot once it opened up.
