d2pk had a built in show-missiles maphack, and that was the only real stage for competitive dueling this game has ever seen, but you wouldn't know about that because you spawned after it ended, i'm assuming.

chant is to make up for pking in nightmare tbh. oak is immune to phys and psn or fire scs etc would be a stupid setup

oak charge on a hoto should be gm, though, absolutely. not only do you have to cast it(this matters) but it's lockable, so it goes both ways imo as oak locks are nice. they land you to the side sometimes(like shadow lock or golem). it only serves as a minor meat shield anyways, while a nec is very fragile. same goes with a hoto sin.
half yall can't agree on shit tho so whats the point, we haven't used ONE rule set ever
