With that being said, for the best interest of all participants of the tournament, it would probably be best to have those 3 duels done

No no no, that's exactly what I meant. I understand your frustration and aggravation. I also understand that he may or may not have cheated in the other duels. The point is that he is being disqualified from the tournament, not only from your duel with him. That being said, because he was caught cheating, it would be more fair for all parties involved to do their respective duels.
