there not ment for svs with the current rule set we have in place.

you cant make a set of rules that are fair towards blizzy's, theyre bad 1v1 chars in general not just svs
any rules you make up will either give them a disadvantage @ high levels, or they will have a huge advantage and l8z blizz spam will be rewarded

all those silly rules on the svs ladder do is punish ppl who made their sorc on a budget

and im not saying you cant do well on a bilzzy, but when both players and sorcs are good the blizzy is almost always going to lose

it should be 400 cr max on a sorc, that makes an 11k ib with -245 cr do 675 dmg. which is comparable to a 105 fber dmg build of 27k dmg doing 690 dmg except the fber will have about 600 more life but ofc the cold sorc can blizz so its makes it somewhat even.
but they're not allowed on this lad anyways
