That would be conisdered spam..
Doing it here allows for controllable growth and , also allows issues and procedure to
grow as well.....

Also i think that the welcher list won't grow that fast then and maybe less hack players are involved :)

How to post a welch:
PM a mediator with or linking to a thread with the follow
  • welchers profile URL
    screenshots of
  • in game jsp name and agreement to duel
  • in game all kills
    extras but not necessary
  • challenge thread
  • pms
  • time stamps
  • any other proof that would help
How to be removed:
  • pay the welch
  • will be added to paid back welchers list
  • will be cleared after a month of behaving
How to become Active:
  • help assist the thread
  • be active
  • promote
  • suggest to people to report welches and how to avoid being welched
  • vouched by actives and a trusted or a mediator
    Etc, ways to prevent welching
  • any active/trusted caught breaking the rules will result in a removal and/or other consequences
  • an active member may be removed if inactive
    active
  • are able to referee games upon request
  • assist in providing proof and agreements
    trusted
  • are able to referee games upon request
  • assist in providing proof,agreements and any other arrangements
  • request to hold dueling wagers
    mediator
  • are able to referee games upon request

If you wish to become active get a reputation I dont know you if any of the other actives know you, they will vouche you. Active is someone who does all the things posted under how to become active. Do them and you can become as it is. It is not handed to you.

some names should have stayed on the list imo but its hard to decide who etc other than if the person has never paid once, welched almost everyone on active, etc

also, it seems like so much work to prove a welch, if im in a duel game with another med, trusted, or active, can they just vouch someone welched?

ex: IIVIIonk Welched 8 Fg...5-1 NvD'd LoL

8 fg...not gonna upload 5-6 screenshots etc for some random who cant win NvD

just a suggestion, i mean if ppl witnessed, shouldn't need proof

Yes if your in game with another active or trusted all you'd really need to do is send s/s of challenge and thread if the med or trusted isnt aware of the users jsp already.

They can vouche it.

well thats the purpose of having trusted/meds/actives

since its so easy to become active its fairly easy to lie for a friend or support someone you like when two people are dueling and someone is unhappy about something and there is an argument.

and if youre too lazy to upload proof for 8fg to lock someone then dont bother :P

it takes 2-3 minutes just to add someone and update it anyways. ^_^

also i do agree that some names should stay on the list but this is giving everyone a chance or many chances. :lol:
