You're mistaken

You can accept or request an immediate rematch. The 2 day rule applies if you deny the immediate rematch.

Yeah Jim I think what Conans getting at here is that the immediate rematch is more of a practical thing that is just done(by some guys anyways), its not put in the rules, maybe it should be, but then again maybe its been left out for a reason.

Yes. This is how i am able to challenge Anger again straight after our initial match. If he denied the rematch then id have to wait 2 days.

The immediate rematch was put into effect in Mix 2. You can have a total of 3 duels: the initial, the rematch, the 2nd rematch. What Tony added to the rules for this mix was the rematch exception, which explains how you're able to rematch in less than two days if the initial rematch is denied.
