first amu i gambled, not sure if this is even usable. So hard to spawn good amu, really. Circlets much easier

just to clarify, for lvl 18, its an OPEN tournament (ie caster and melee, not click and hold).

While accepting 2.4 is around the corner there are some basic principal differences from D2LOD and D2r that require balance fixes.

Rule Amendment to 49: Sorc - May not use Energyshield vs Barb, Shaper & Java in 1v1 [ no desync makes the duel practically unwinnable but % chance to win is being implemented here ]
Rule Amendment to 49: Sorc - Must endeavour to duel on-screen vs Barb, Shaper & Java in 1v1 [as above, without teleport these builds are food for sorc ]
Rule Amendment to 49: Barb - TvT : May not use Shout [ previous rule carried over from D2LOD ]
