Another formatting question id like to ask before we begin is if winners bracket finalist should get the benefit of having to lose twice, which could take quite a while. But as the winners bracket finalist, there should be some sort of benefit, thoughts?

no you actually don't, ibs can be played around and I'm assuming you're talking about spirit trains. Otherwise, it's just gonna be a bunch of nvn because any half-decent or not disabled druid should win dvn w/ the ability to cast/rebo wolves, and knowing that DVN is gonna be hugely important to 5-0, the bad druids are just gonna be super defensive.


e; also your new rules say something about any overly defensive play in any scenario won't be tolerated. There is no scenario where necro can be too defensive in nvd imo..

Yeah ibs trains ^ see the above. Good necro can still win vs wolves and a good Druid can still get hit by ibs trains. Obviously nobody will get called for defensive play on necro vs druid

Rules should be fine now with the tie breaker change

I agree with you. Asking my opps to only use bear with me. gonna be a bunch of 3-0 0-3's and a NvN to settle, imo.

A druid that dies to ibs train made a mistake. A good necro doesn't consistently beat a good druid who uses wolves, it shouldn't happen and when it does a mistake was made. It's a much more fair/fun and competitive duel with bear. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of necs just decide not to sign up because it sounds very boring and grueling to have to NVD vs wolves vs people who run after 1 is killed. As for nec not getting called for defensive dueling then idk why you formatted your sentences the way you did but good.

Running and hiding and repping won’t be allowed is why I formatted it that way.

If a druid is letting the nec run and rep then dru deserves to lose lol
