Both attacks are super situational, id think when your always going to be playing the sweaty, sneaky play style so you generally wanna maintain a distance from your opp, spamming ibs usually helps with keeping a distance, bone spear is usually the main dps id say . But it’s situational and each matchup has a more preferred skill, necro vs hammerdin you can find spirits more useful than spears, but necro vs Druid you’ll definitely see yourself using spear more than spirit. Hopefully a non troll can give you a better explanation on everything in detail mmkkay
