Mana is part of a build..I built characters around mana. I even took out gcs to use more 70/15's..

Magefists instead of trangs...pskull in helm for regen...mana regen, it's part of builds.

My strategy for most duels is to make my opponent run out of mana..most top end skill cap duels end up being about mana, mana conservation is what I specialize in. If you come across me in a duel, chances are you will fall victim of the mana deprivation treatment.

Treatment - getting the shit beaten out of you egotistically and/or having your confidence damaged

Health pots make some fights extremely long so it's understandable for the sake of time. Then there are mana pots. It seems people just want to spam abilities infinitely without reprocutions.
Well how about using mana and skills wisely instead of spamming those spirits mindlessly hoping something hits. It could be a real strategy to exhaust your opponent and punish them for wasteful use of abilities.


theyre limited to 16, all you have to do is not agree to a mana pool idiot

Well you trading mana sustain for less damage/resists where if you hit the skills hots with more accuracy to get same result. Sniper vs machine gun

Well that opens up the question energy points also. Since as an RPG ignoring a stat completely negates mana, why have it at all? But I feel like ppl don't have time for that

In an RPG mana is a resource so is stamina actually but d2 fixes that beyond lvl 20 for all chars. Question becomes why do we bother to have mana in the game in the first place? Because it's restricting for me to spam my abilities ME WANT CLICK ME NO WANT STOP.! it just feels like the only reason.
