I assume you use hero editor for your builds, idk if you’re aware but you can export item files and also dl item packs. I forget which sites have packs (not that you could post them here) but there are packs that contain basically everything except rares broken into folders for instance:
Items>Runewords>Enigma>every possibly base with perfect roll in here
So you can right click a cell in hero editor and select “import from file”
Sounds like a lengthy process but it’s actually very quick, and much faster than navigating that swamp of vendors that makes little to no sense
If you can’t find/don’t trust item packs you can just export your own frequently used items... same process; right click>export item to file>profit
I typically export all my rares/crafts so for future builds I can just import and tweak the stats rather than make it new again
