1v1 Asia TPK Rules

Tokens are banned
If your a maxblock druid your a block druid no changing
If you have shock wave and bear stat'd at the start that's fine you arent restating cuz your dueling a es fb sorc

Maxblock = Gm
Cube Bo = Gm
Cube Chant = BANNED
CTC AMPLIFY = BANNED

General Rules
-both teams must say go
-the duels end when the entire other team dies, do not get body or help your team until then
-shit talking is allowed adds to competition no pride matches like ten years ago you will be dq'd

Specific Rules
-level 99 characters only
-duels take place in the blood moor
-no thawing/antidote pots
-no rejuvs/hp pots
-no shrines/wells
-no mercs
-no doom
-no prebuffing AT ALL
-max resist of any element is 85%* (or 5% max and 20% sorb)
-max absorb of any element is 20%*
-can't use any +max resist or +%absorb with rising sun, tgods, or luna
-life replenish is capped at 40 (exception of 52 for barbs with angelics)
-max poison off items is 451
-no more then 10% slow off items (with the exception of arach)
-no casting charges from items(unless agreed upon by both parties)
*don't combine more then 1-5% max with more then 20% absorb

Character Specific Rules
amazon:
-amazons may use 2 ravens with under 310 cold resist
- Cube chant is bm no matter what

assassin:
-c/c sins with above level 1 traps can't use any +absorb or +max

barbarian:
-bvc's may use two ravens with under 310 cold resist
- Cube chant is bm no matter what

necro:
-bonewall is banned
-lifetap is banned
-iron madien is banned
-all corpse skills are banned
-prison is BM if enemy doesn't use enigma.
-may use hotspur or dwarf and 10%


sorceress:
-no +max resist with ES
-no +sorb or % sorb with ES
-blizz sorcs may use doom vs non ias based chars
-magic and physical damage reduce are capped at 15

paladin:
-maximum of 1 base prayer
-defensive gc's are banned
-holy bolt is banned
-1 piece of tap is allowed
-meditation is banned we mana pool its 2020 nn extra rep

druid:
Tgods is now gm
Fpk druids can have shock and bear stat'd

Gameplay Restrictions
-avoiding contact with an opponent intentionally with no plans of attacking
-casting of traps/missiles before both players say go
-camping in houses - Deliberately dueling around the house and using the house to wsg teleport threw to cut mindblasts lock will result in a DQ if abused
-camping next to flavie
-if you tele into town by accident walk out do not stop and teleport out if you stop the round is the opponents

Game Techniques
-there is no restrictions on in-game techniques (IBS, IGA, farcast, hammer-fields, etc)
-no glitching (aura glitch, skill glitching, ww glitch, corpse glitch, blade fury, flame bellow, trang, etc)

So if you plan on using max block gear you would have to use it the entire time?

Not as easy as everyone thought to run a tourney and come up with good rules eh?

u can pretty easily make a mblock switch on d2ga with base dex

Obviously.... but it was worded very poorly. Have to realize the nerds signing up for these tourneys read the rules like a lawyer to find any hole to take advantage

2. Persons who wish to use a said char, must dl said char from the person who designed them for the tournament.

Im sure most of us have “normal” chars without any loopholes/stupid shit.

It wasn’t worded poorly, that would mean it’s open to interpretation. It very clears says NO MB. That’s as straight forward as it can be. People have chosen to discuss the merits of it and here we are.
