The payout format will be:

1st place – 60% Total donations ( 4650 fg )
2nd place – 25% Total donations ( 1937.5 fg )
3rd place – 15% Total donations ( 1162.5 fg )

General rules :

- No extensions available!
- The official timezone we will be using is CET (central Europe time).
- If any competitor is caught abusing any rule, no form of compensation is to be given and the competitor+his partners might be banned from future events too!

- The only people who are allowed to enter a tour game are the competitors and tour admins who are stated in the tour topic. Noone else!

- The winning team of the match will be determined first to 5 wins. The outcome will be posted by 1 of the members of the winning team in the thread along with 3 types of pics

- No pots on the ground, apart from mana pool. It's your responsibility to remove them before the duels start
- No Hacks of any kind
- Duels area is Blood moor.
- Respecing is not allowed
- Charges besides Enchant, Oak and Heart of wolverine are not allowed.
- Mana potions are allowed
- The duels start once everybody said "go or g"
- Replenish Life is capped at 40
- Replacing items during the round to get an advantage is forbidden.
- Mana pools are allowed.
- Max 451 poison damage from charms
- Max 10% slow.
- No mercs, Healing & Juv potions.
- Cube bo is allowed.
- No shrines or wells are allowed.
- All games are played on'Hell' Difficulty
- The map must be cleared of all monsters.
- Do not cast anything or use any aura once you die (IE: Oak, Shadow, Golem, Mediation, etc)

Absorb/Resistance Rules:

- Max 10% maximum res or 20% abs and 5% maxres unless said otherwise.
- 2 Ravens are allowed if you don't have over 80 (absolute maximum) stacked cr
- Thundergods is allowed on all chars except on c/c assas

Class-specific Rules:

Necromancer
- Bone wall, Revives and curses other than Amp/Lower resistance are not allowed.
- Boneprison is not allowed against non-tele chars.

Assassin
- Dual claw assassins may use maximum of 5% maxres. Absorb other than raven is banned if using c/c.

Banned items:

- Doom (allowed vs chars that are not IAS-based)
- Rising sun
- Blockoak Shield
- Combat skillers (barb)

So the tournament will be in two phases :

First phase will appear on a round robin format : We will need a pool of 10 - 12 teams in order to make this tournament works :

There will be 2 groups of 5-6 teams,
The 4 first teams of each groups will be qualified for the next step, the 1-2 last teams will be out. Seeds will be rewarded,
the 1 and 2 team will go to the upper bracket ( which means they'll have a chance if they lose from there, by going to the lower bracket ) Also 1st of each group will fight against 2nd of the other group (in order to reward seeds)
The 3 and 4 team will go to the lower bracket ( which means that they aren't out from tournaments, and still have a chance to go in final, but if they lose, it's over )
The two phases will be divided, will start with group stage and then brackets.

From now on you have 12 days to complete your 4 matches from group stage, every matches has to be done for the 22 november, then upper/lower brackets will follow from the 22 november to the 4 december. :

Every 5th of each group will be out, then as you see above, the first 4th from each group will go respectively to Upper and Lower bracket ( Seedind is rewarded, the 2 first from each group going Upper bracket, and the 3rd and 4th from each going directly to the lower bracket) (First of each group fight against second of other group, same for 3rd fighting the 4th of other group)
