guessing you're on ladder

just join 'ladder duels' or 'ladder duelz', hostile, go out of town. generally people will say 'g' and wait for you to type 'g' indicating that the duel is on

your hammerdin or fb sorc will be the best bet. obviously swap out magic find items for ones that provide better fcr/life/res/skills (ie. magefist instead of chancies)

Having a FULL inventory of skill+life GCs makes a tremendous difference. 20-30 life charms are cheap and should do the trick

high fcr breakpoints are needed (125 on pally, 105 on sorc)

If you like it enough, read some of the guides stickied in the 'Strategies and Guides' section and improve your chars

If you really like it, consider making a fpk character as others have suggested (bone nec/wind druid/BvC/trap sin)
