Guess thats only for armors though?

Weapons (Craft/Magic/Rare/Unique)
Any weapon with poison damage (vouch civic 4 this rule update)
Any weapon with more than 200 total elemental damage
Any weapon that casts an elemental skill over Level 5

Can make exceptions to rules ofc

So a few points to clarify

Fortitude? Chilling arm is >5
Phoenix?
Death ?

Death isn't a craft rare magic or unique.

Above that is a runewords section for banned runewords.

Rules seem to imply that fort is ok based on it specifically banning eth fort, but the wording of rules could be better unless I'm missing something.
Phoenix should be allowed imo. Idr what level spell it casts off the top of my head.

death is bm and is not allowed. It can cast lvl 8+ lvl skill on attack.

Fort is allowed, but chilling armor cannot be activated prior to dueling.

we are using crown melee rules, I checked with Cambria, death is allowed

Double check with him again, I'm pretty sure its banned weapon. Make sure not EDC, its death rw
