Nec would have a fighting chance vs. Blizz
A necro with:
250 CR will get 1 shot
250 CR and 1 raven will tank 2 blizz
250 CR and 2 ravens will tank 4-5 blizz
Tbh a nec with 1 raven and 39X CR will tank much more than a dual raven nec with 250 CR. So in that respect, I did post that any char with > 400 CR is not allowed to use a raven
As for pre buff and sorb with ES, they have never been allowed on east AFAIK due to bmanas existing on east. I know bmanas don’t exist on ladder but I’m also trying to avoid creating multiple rulesets for ladder vs NL. To clarify:
Sorcs may not prebuff at stash at all, as with any other char. If you wanna carry a cube and drop your cta and spirit to memory buff on fields, go for it.
If no ES, you follow normal sorb rules. With ES, no sorb/max.
Sorcs now get to manapot regardless of ES% so there’s also that
